Time to pull the plug
Dear DeviceKnit users and followers,
We are shutting down DeviceKnit. It’s been a great run, and I want to thank you for your support.
It is very difficult to shut something down that has some slow organic growth, but between changes to Google that help people find apps and products faster, and new standards that allow better integration between devices, we don’t see a big enough opportunity to provide value to people with this type of site.
I want to thank Jordan Messina (@jordanmessina), Trevor Greene (@dblgenius), and AlphaLab (@AlphaLab) for their hard work that helped make DeviceKnit happen. If you want to keep up with my future projects, follow me on twitter (@gohnjanotis) or sign up for my personal mailing list.
